The Performance Marketing & Media Strategy Planner (internal title will be Sr Principal Specialist Media Planner) plays a critical role in making that connection real. This role brings media strategy to life, translating business priorities into high-impact programs that are measurable, scalable, and continuously improving.
You will operate at the center of it all: shaping campaigns, guiding execution, partnering across teams, and ensuring that every investment works harder to drive meaningful business and patient outcomes. This is a role for someone who thrives in both the art and science of paid media and can think strategically, execute with precision, and push for better with every campaign.

+ Build and embed best-in-class media practices, governance, and measurement frameworks that enable consistent, scalable, and high-quality execution
+ Translate strategy into clear activation direction by developing plans, briefs, and guidance that empower agency and cross-functional teams to deliver
+ Lead end-to-end activation across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and television, ensuring cohesion across the full funnel
+ Orchestrate campaign readiness by overseeing trafficking, QA, launch governance, and stakeholder alignment so campaigns go live accurately and on time
+ Actively manage performance through monitoring pacing, delivery, and results, and making optimization and investment decisions that improve outcomes in flight
+ Partner across Program Management, Measurement & Analytics, Insights, Digital Experience, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and agency teams to ensure alignment from planning through reporting
+ Translate performance into clear, actionable narratives; helping stakeholders understand results, risks, and opportunities, and what to do next
+ Drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, improving processes, and identifying smarter ways to plan, activate, and optimize media
** Core Functional Expertise*
* + Performance measurement and KPI management: defining KPI frameworks, interpreting results, investment recommendations, and turning data into action
+ Agency and vendor leadership: setting direction, challenging thinking, and holding partners accountable to outcomes
+ Full-funnel media strategy: connecting awareness, consideration, and conversion into cohesive plans
+ Test-and-learn mindset: designing experiments that inform future investment and improve performance over time
+ Forecasting and scenario planning: evaluating trade-offs and predicting outcomes ahead of activation
