5. Excellent communication and systems thinking.

• Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement business and technical IT solutions applying appropriate software development life cycle methodology.
• Develop systems based on core technologies, COTS custom off‑the‑shelf systems, niche technologies such as e‑commerce, and specialty development terminology (Mobility and TPF).
• Construct, test, and implement portions of solutions using the life‑cycle methodology.
• Participate in standard solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
• Use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems.
• Apply specialized knowledge in disciplines such as assembly/integration, cross‑discipline functions, knowledge engineering, industry expertise, or legacy evolution.
• Interact with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment and technical context.
• Validate scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of IT solutions encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies.
• Define project scope, plans, and deliverables, including proposed implementation dates.
• Research, analyze, recommend, and implement new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques.
• Assist in defining alternate solutions for the business problem.

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Design system expertise.
• Figma expertise.
• UX front‑end knowledge.
• Interaction design expertise.
• Excellent communication and systems thinking.

Range: $60,000 - $117,500.
