Overview

Facilitate Agile processes for Salesforce Dev Ops team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in Sales/Service Cloud and SF Energy Utilities Cloud implementations. Drive Scrum ceremonies and help the team execute. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear business requirements and refined user stories.

• Facilitate Agile processes for Salesforce Dev Ops team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies and assist the team in execution.
• Ensure the team understands business requirements; conduct refinement sessions and plot solutions for Epics and Features to refine stories.
• Ensure the Development Team understands the complete stories and requirements; ensure stories follow the DoR and DoD.
• Provide servant leadership and help remove impediments; assist the team in eliminating blockers hindering progress.
• Manage Backlog in partnership with the Product Owner to maintain priority-defined Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog.
• Coordinate technically where needed and bridge gaps between Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts to support release management, UATs, and deployments.
• Monitor metrics and follow Agile best practices; improve team productivity metrics such as Velocity, throughput, Say-Do ratio, and Burn-Down.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure key business questions are defined and understood by the team.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Salesforce Industries (e.g., Omni Studio and components like OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards, Data Mappers) and related domains.
• Engage with business/client stakeholders and contribute to discussions as needed.
• Leverage experience in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows as applicable.
• Identify actionable insights and provide recommendations to influence the direction of the business and cross-functional teams on SFDC.

• Minimum 7 years of work experience as Scrum Master in Agile delivery, with experience leading multiple projects.
• Skills in Project Execution and Scope Management.
• Ability to manage Jira for dashboards, reports, and execution view control.
• Certification in Scrum / SAFe / CSM is required.
• Able to use Confluence and other similar tools; competent spoken and written English.
• Proactive communicator and self-motivated to drive results; experience mentoring junior team members.
• Experience with Agile processes and Scrum practices.
• Knowledge in Salesforce environments and Dev Ops processes related to Salesforce.
