Expectations and Tasks

Resolves complex issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues.

Provides application implementation services typically within the boundaries of specifications and project plans. Design activities include requirements analysis and design documentation. Implementation activities include implementation, testing, and integration. Maintenance activities include error analysis and removal. Usually extends, modifies or adapts existing designs but may also be involved in the development of new (sub-) systems.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field and six (6) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in the same field and four (4) years of experience.

Experience must include:

• four (4) years involving each of the following: developing and implementing microservices using Java or Spring Boot; SQL, MySQL, No
  
  SQL, or Dynamo
  
  DB; QA, unit and integration testing methodologies; AWS or SAP Business Technology Platform; and UI/UX development using JS frameworks like React or ExtJS.
• two (2) years involving each of the following: MLOps and machine learning rule‑based models using PyTorch or Tensor Flow; and utilizing deep learning models and large language models for content and information extraction.

The annual base salary range for this position is $145,018–$216,128. The targeted combined range is $145,018–$245,600, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target.
