About the Role
This role supports the planning, prioritization, and operational management of UX Research across a large enterprise portfolio. You will partner with UX Research leadership to align teams with enterprise priorities, manage capacity, and establish frameworks to communicate research impact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage research intake, capacity planning, and portfolio prioritization.
- Maintain operating rhythms and reporting structures for the UX Research team.
- Develop frameworks to connect research outputs to tangible business outcomes.
- Support research leadership in navigating a highly matrixed product environment.
- 6+ years of experience in UX Operations, Research Operations, or Program Management.
- Proven experience supporting Design or Research teams in a large-scale product environment.
- Expertise in developing frameworks to measure the impact and adoption of research.
- Experience working on user journeys for employee or enterprise segments.
- Familiarity with Service Design principles and cross-channel experience work.
- Proficiency in research repository practices and study tracking tools.
