IT Project Manager
Description
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to support a series of hardware replacement and upgrade initiatives following a recent acquisition. This is a highly dynamic environment with multiple concurrent work streams, shifting priorities, and strong cross‑functional coordination requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can bring structure to chaos, and drives execution across complex infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects related to hardware replacements and upgrades across multiple locations or environments
- Coordinate across IT, networking, systems, vendors, and business stakeholders to align timelines and dependencies
- Manage multiple parallel work streams with competing priorities and evolving scope
- Drive project plans, milestones, risk mitigation, and status reporting in a fast‑moving environment
- Quickly assess gaps, remove blockers, and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track
- Partner with leadership to provide visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during transitions and deployments
- 7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise infrastructure initiatives
- Proven background managing data center, network, and broader infrastructure projects in complex environments
- Experience coordinating large‑scale hardware refresh, upgrade, or replacement programs across multiple work streams
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including dependencies across systems, networking, vendors, and business operations
- Familiarity with merger and acquisition environments and the ability to manage projects influenced by post‑acquisition priorities
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations, manage competing demands, and drive execution with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting project status, risks, and resource needs to leadership
