As an Application Developer within Anaplan's Workforce Center of Excellence, you will design and deliver out‑of‑the‑box and extensible applications on the Anaplan platform that support workforce planning, forecasting, and analysis across industries. This includes position, role, and skill‑based planning, as well as resource supply, demand, gap, and capacity planning at both operational and strategic levels. Working closely with Workforce Product Management, Application Solutions Architects, and cross‑functional Application teams, including Finance and Supply Chain, you will develop integrated planning solutions that leverage Anaplan Intelligence and the latest platform innovations.

You will also partner with Go‑to‑Market and Professional Services teams to ensure customers and partners fully realize the value and capabilities of these applications.

This role combines excellent collaboration skills, deep understanding of Workforce use cases, the Anaplan platform, Model Builder expertise, and an innovative mindset combined with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

• Build and deliver Workforce Applications by leveraging the suite of Anaplan platform components (including model and UX building, user management, data integration, reporting, etc.)
• Partner with Workforce Product Management to ensure application requirements are understood and documented, updating as required.
  • Design and build the application and UX to meet requirements, working with Solution Architects where the requirements are complex
  • Ensure the user experience developed meets UX standards, is intuitive, and easy to use.
  • Participate in quality assurance, updating and refining as needed, through successful delivery.
  • Upgrade applications with new Anaplan platform capabilities and features, as driven by prospects, customers and partner feedback.
• Partner with Center of Excellence Advisors, Product Management, Professional Services and GTM Enablement Teams to ensure the Workforce COE delivers:
  • Compelling conceptual demos and all supporting content including training and guides.
  • Full configuration and implementation of content, documentation, and best practices to Anaplan’s delivery Teams.
  • Ongoing Workforce Application improvements and optimizations.
• Act as a trusted internal and external knowledge expert for your Workforce Applications.
• Potentially support Sales and Customer success with prospect and customer opportunities and escalations, including enabling Anaplan partners.
