Job Description – IT Program Manager / Change Enablement (OCM)

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead technology-driven transformation initiatives. The role involves managing complex IT programs, driving change enablement strategies, and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.

• Oversee end-to-end IT program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess impact, manage communications, and deliver training.
• Monitor program progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.

• Proven experience in IT program management and organizational change enablement.
• Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
