Account Setup Coordinator
As an Account Setup Coordinator, you will be part of an experienced team with multidisciplinary responsibility. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring the requests are completed accurately and in compliance with standard policies. Job DescriptionAs an Account Setup Coordinator, you will be part of an experienced team with multidisciplinary responsibility. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring the requests are completed accurately and in compliance with standard policies. Analyzing requests, providing directions, and building customers within various systems. Maintenance of required procedures, documentation, and evidence to enable audit trails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies.
- Create the customer structure and accounts within various Systems
- Ensure that customers receive quality service for all operational activities supported.
- Adheres to corporate policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintenance of required procedures, documentation and evidence to enable audit trails.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Effective customer relations, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office. SQL Management Studio experience a plus.
- Aptitude for identifying and resolving exceptions and interpreting data accurately.
- Participating in or lead/managing projects and carrier meetings.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of clerical and/or customer service experience
Location:
Minneapolis Bank Plaza
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
