Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore teams, working closely with business users to understand requirements, resolve issues, and drive enhancements while translating business needs into actionable plans aligned with SDLC practices; provide hands-on L2 production support by monitoring application health, managing incidents, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring system stability with minimal disruption to critical business processes; conduct detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence, while proactively identifying and resolving issues within defined SLAs;

develop and maintain database scripts and support application-level changes as required; drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices in support operations; maintain and enhance technical documentation including support procedures, knowledge articles, and system specifications for effective knowledge transfer; collaborate closely with development and QA teams for post-deployment support; and build strong client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders and bring about consensus.
