We are seeking a Digital Content Strategist to support a website refresh and ongoing digital content needs. This role is primarily execution-focused, responsible for delivering digital content and assets in alignment with our digital content plan and strategy. Responsibilities include auditing, updating, and creating website content aligned to new design templates, digital customer journeys, and agency recommendations.
Although this position emphasizes hands-on content development, the ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking to ensure all content aligns with broader digital strategy, SEO/answer-engine optimization, and customer experience goals. This role will work closely with content strategy, product marketing, and digital teams to translate strategy into high-quality, scalable content execution.
This is a full-time role during the website redesign phase, with potential for ongoing support based on business needs. The role will report into the digital marketing team and collaborate closely with:
