Senior Project Manager — Retail

This role supports a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) within a growing retail applications portfolio where demand currently outpaces project management capacity. The position drives delivery of multiple smaller application projects, partnering directly with the business, business analysts, and solution architects to bring applications to life.

This is a high-ownership role with real autonomy. Because there is no dedicated product management organization, the project manager carries unusual influence over how applications take shape, making this a strong fit for someone who brings both project discipline and product sensibility.

• Manage 2–3 smaller application projects simultaneously, at both detailed and rolled-up reporting levels.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects to deliver applications.
• Fill the gap left by the absence of a dedicated product management function by bringing product instincts to the delivery process.
• Proactively drive the business forward on each project, ensuring stakeholders prioritize your initiatives.
• Escalate blockers in a timely, well-communicated manner.

• Seasoned, senior-level project management experience driving app delivery front-to-end.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Clarity (PPM tool); familiarity with Smartsheet.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience.

• Product management exposure or a product background.
• Retail industry background.
• Working familiarity with Jira (utility-level).

The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $85.
