We are seeking a System Administrator to support and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem. This role focuses on system administration, workflow optimization, and cross‑platform integration. While Adobe Workfront is a key platform in our environment, prior Workfront experience is not required—we will provide training for the right candidate with a strong systems and process mindset.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain core marketing and project management systems, including user management, configurations, and system integrations
- Learn and support Adobe Workfront administration, including setup, workflows, and ongoing system enhancements (training provided)
- Design and implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency (e.g., intake routing, approvals, status tracking, and handoffs)
- Support integrations between systems (e.g., CRM, DAM, content platforms) using APIs, webhooks, or integration tools
- Partner with marketing, creative, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and templates to support visibility and decision‑making
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and effective system use
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Stay current on platform updates and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support governance practices, including intake processes, prioritization, and capacity planning
- 2+ years of experience in a System Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Strong aptitude for learning new platforms and technologies (Adobe Workfront experience not required, but a strong plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience supporting or administering business systems, project management tools, or workflow platforms
- Understanding of process design, workflow optimization, and automation concepts
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, or data workflows is preferred
- Certification in Adobe Workfront or related project management tools, Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional and Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional preferred
- Experience supporting marketing, creative, or project‑based teams
- Familiarity with automation tools or integration platforms
- Exposure to reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualization
- Experience in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services
- Familiarity with JSON, APIs, or integration patterns (REST, webhooks, etc.)
- Experience working in agile or cross‑functional team environments
Compensation: $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
