Sr IT Project Manager

• Lead multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget and timeline requirements.
• Define project objectives, deliverables and resource needs while managing financial aspects effectively.
• Identify and address project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate communication between business leaders and project teams to achieve strategic alignment.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, results‑driven environment.
• Enhance project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8‑15 years of professional experience, with 5‑10 years in IT project management.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale IT projects with budgets over $1M.
• Strong understanding of IT development life cycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or Service Now.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
