Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to serve as the execution backbone of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. This role focuses on the delivery of excellence, coordination, and operational rigor, ensuring all work streams move efficiently and transparently.

• Drive execution across CDP roadmap and enhancement backlog prioritizing top enhancement
• Ensure all milestones and timelines are met
• Manages and maintains relationship with software vendors to ensure commitments are being met
• Translate business needs into executable technical requirements to be handed off to the engineering team
• Track progress and elevate risks proactively to appropriate stakeholders
• Own team cadence including standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder meetings
• Identify and recommend areas to improve execution consistency
• Own and manage team project management application (Wrike or similar)
• Create and maintain consistent visibility to progress, risk, priorities, and team capacity
• Coordinate across product, engineering, marketing, and business teams
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment across multiple parallel initiatives
• Assist in identifying and removing blockers to improve workflows
• Establish scalable delivery processes as the team grows

• 5+ Experience in technical program management, delivery management, or product operations
• Strong familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies across engineering and product teams
• Proficiency with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, etc)
• Exposure and understanding of Data and Activation tools such as Snowflake, Cheetah, Twilio
• Able to coordinate across multiple teams and systems
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to drive accountability and action without authority
• Comfortability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
