Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy for SAP functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases
  • Lead comprehensive testing of SAP ECC, SAP S/4

    HANA, and SAP Fiori applications
  • Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts ensuring full coverage
  • Identify, document, and track defects using leading test management tools
  • Coordinate regression cycles for system updates and releases
  • Work closely within agile teams—participating in sprint planning, reviews, and daily collaboration
  • Partner with program leadership, release management, and change readiness to align testing with deployment timelines
  • Prepare test documentation, status reporting, and KPI tracking for stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor distributed testing teams across multiple functions and vendors
  • Ensure availability of testing environments, tools, and data
  • Drive continuous improvements to QA practices, tooling, and methodologies
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
  • 8+ years in QA/testing with strong SAP and S/4

    HANA functional testing experience
  • 3+ years leading QA efforts as a Test Lead or Test Manager
  • Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Understanding of functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
  • Experience managing distributed QA teams and vendor testers
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Test Rail, Xray, or similar tools
  • Strong communication, analysis, and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative, multi‑phase program environments
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience supporting large-scale S/4

    HANA transformations or multi-wave deployments
  • Familiarity with enterprise release management processes
  • Exposure to automation strategies (even if not hands‑on)
  • Experience coordinating testing across multiple business units
Education & Certifications You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • ISTQB or similar software testing certification
