Compensation: $60,000-$75,000/year
What You’ll Do:
Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content that supports Walser Automotive Group’s marketing, recruiting, communications, and branding initiatives.
Produce short-form and long-form video content across social media, You Tube, dealership websites, paid advertising campaigns, recruiting efforts, and internal communications channels.
Collaborate with Marketing, Human Resources, dealership teams, and corporate departments to develop compelling visual storytelling that supports business objectives.
Create content including vehicle walk-arounds, dealership features, customer stories, employee spotlights, recruiting videos, promotional campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
Support dealership events, community partnerships, sponsor ships, store launches, and company-wide initiatives through video production and content capture.
Manage multiple video projects from concept through final delivery, including planning, scripting, filming, editing, revisions, and publishing support.
Maintain and organize video assets, footage libraries, project files, and creative resources for future use.
Ensure all content aligns with Walser brand standards, messaging, and quality expectations.
Operate and maintain video, audio, lighting, and production equipment while ensuring proper care and organization.
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

What You Bring:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Film, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2–5 years of professional videography, video production, content creation, or multimedia experience.
Demonstrated experience filming and editing video content for social media, You Tube, marketing campaigns, or corporate communications.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and related editing software.
Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, lighting, audio capture, and post-production workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with business leaders.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to confidently coach individuals on camera, provide and receive creative direction, and comfortably appear on camera.
