Gophermods is hiring Entry-Level IT Technicians for our device repair and customer support teams. We provide on-the-job training, tools, and mentorship to help you succeed in the fast-growing field of electronics repair and IT support.

Schedule: Monday– Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible FT / PT

Location: 1624 New Brighton Blvd, Minneapolis or 711 5th St SW #400, New Brighton

• Repair & Troubleshoot: smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles (training provided)
• Customer Support: explain fixes in plain language, answer questions in-store, by phone & email
• Document Work: log parts, tests and notes accurately in our repair system
• Project Work: help prep and repair bulk devices for schools & businesses
• Improve Processes: share ideas, keep your bench organized and safe

• Hands-on mastery of Apple hardware and the most common consumer tech
• Structured mentorship with quarterly growth reviews
• Career pathways into Senior Tech, Store Lead, Manager or HQ IT roles

• Love tinkering with gadgets and solving puzzles
• Communicate clearly with teammates and customers alike
• Are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

No prior repair experience required—retail, hospitality, or help-desk backgrounds translate well.
