User Experience Designer

Join our team as a User Experience Designer and lead innovative design projects that shape user interactions.

This role offers the chance to work on complex product initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for intricate product initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring a user-focused approach.
• Transform complex technical ideas into intuitive and engaging user workflows and interfaces.
• Leverage research and data insights to guide design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Create prototypes and design specifications using modern design tools to effectively communicate ideas.

Skills

• Over 7 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design with a strong portfolio demonstrating design impact.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Strong leadership skills in managing design initiatives and navigating ambiguity while achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing for Ad Tech, Retail Media, or AI-powered product experiences.
• Familiarity with campaign management workflows and analytics platforms.
• A passion for mentoring and advancing the UX discipline within the team.
