Key Responsibilities- Process asset Change Orders received from customer in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain comprehensive and up to date records within internal databases and web-based applications.
- Manage and update the Change Order Tracker to support operational visibility.
- Participate in or lead weekly meetings internally and with the customer.
- Maintain and update all related process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide reporting on program specific requirements, including SLA performance and key operational metrics.
- Support special projects assigned by Team Management or Team Leads.
- Highly detail oriented, with the ability to create structure when customer inputs are inconsistent or demanding.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, databases, or workflow management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as a team, while maintaining alignment with program standards.
- Pay rate: $20.39 - $ 26.69
- Shift: Onsite – Michigan (Onsite)
- United States - Mon-Fri (8 AM – 5 PM).

$20.39 to $26.69 per hour
