Vervint is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist located in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you'll provide key support for clients, ensuring their technical issues are addressed both remotely and in person. You will assist in maintaining support requests and troubleshoot technical problems, while also playing a role in training less experienced technicians.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of desktop troubleshooting experience and strong customer service skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
