Role Overview
Lead the strategy, administration, optimization, and support of enterprise business systems across the organization. Partner closely with business leaders, IS teams, vendors, and external partners to improve system performance, drive process efficiency, and support business transformation initiatives.
What You Will DoManage the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Lead and support a team of analysts, administrators, or application support staff responsible for enterprise platforms.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting or managing enterprise systems
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Hands on work with ERP, HCM, CRM, finance, or other enterprise application ecosystems
- Strong understanding of system lifecycle management, integrations, security roles, and data governance
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, implementations, or system enhancements
- Experience with SQL Server
