Director, IT Strategy, Innovation, and Delivery Management
Datasite is seeking a Director, IT Strategy, Innovation, and Delivery Management to lead enterprise delivery management capabilities across Technology & Operations. This role will drive portfolio governance, cross‑functional execution, stakeholder alignment, operational readiness, and delivery maturity initiatives across strategic technology programs.
This position will partner closely with Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Applications, Architecture, Product, and business stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives are delivered predictably, transparently, and in alignment with organizational priorities, combining strategic leadership with operational execution.
Responsibilities- Lead enterprise Technology & Operations delivery programs and portfolio execution activities.
- Drive governance, prioritization, execution planning, and delivery visibility across strategic initiatives.
- Define and enforce delivery frameworks, reporting standards, intake processes, and operational governance.
- Coordinate execution across Infrastructure, Security, Service Delivery, Architecture, Enterprise Applications, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, operational gaps, technical dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Provide executive‑level reporting, KPI development, portfolio health dashboards, and operational transparency.
- Lead Agile delivery maturity initiatives and coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and delivery best practices.
- Partner with operational teams to ensure organizational readiness for launches, infrastructure changes, and platform rollouts.
- Support Security delivery coordination and operational execution planning across cross‑functional initiatives.
- Drive retrospectives, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with IMO and ePMO functions to ensure alignment with enterprise governance standards.
- Mentor Delivery Managers, project leaders, and operational teams to build scalable delivery management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive IT delivery, program management, or operational leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise‑scale portfolios, delivery governance, or technology operations.
- Proven experience managing a team of 5‑10 direct reports.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise operations, security delivery, and service management.
- Experience leading cross‑functional enterprise technology initiatives and operational programs.
- Deep experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Expertise with Jira, Atlassian tooling, portfolio reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, competing priorities, and enterprise risks.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and operational execution capabilities.
- SAFe, PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.

This position can be located remotely; however, if the candidate is based in the Minneapolis or New York City locations the office follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work on‑site a minimum of two days per week.
Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $ – $, adjusted based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable.
