Agile Coach

We are seeking a dedicated Agile Coach to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring teams to adopt Agile practices. If you are passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

• Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies to deliver high-value software solutions.
• Act as a change agent by setting a vision, providing thought leadership, and removing obstacles to Agile success.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and executives on Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate team transparency by addressing impediments and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct evaluations and reviews of processes, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various work streams to enhance team performance and mitigate challenges.

• Proven experience in Agile coaching and mentoring, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse teams.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops that promote Agile practices and principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Experience with scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or organizations.
• Familiarity with various Agile tools and software.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and product management methodologies.
