For over 20 years we have provided electrical, plumbing, heating, and air services to homeowners across the Twin Cities and Rochester areas.

We are continuing to grow and are looking for an IT & CRM Specialist to help support the technology and systems that keep our teams running smoothly every day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology troubleshooting, systems support, and helping others solve problems while gaining hands on experience with industry leading software such as Service Titan.

Position Overview

This is a split-focus support role - roughly 50% IT support and 50% Service Titan CRM support - designed for a hands-on technologist who thrives in a fast-paced operations environment.

On the IT side, you will be the first line of response for employee technology issues across the organization, with a particular focus on mobile and handheld devices used by our field technicians - iPhones, Androids, and iPads. On the CRM side, you will handle Tier 1 support tickets for Service Titan, our field service management platform, helping employees troubleshoot, navigate, and get the most out of the system each day.

This is not a background or administrative role. You will be resolving real tickets, supporting real technicians in the field, and making a direct impact on daily operations.

Schedule

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Schedule may vary occasionally based on business needs.)

Pay

$22 to $25 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

IT Support (approx. 50%)
  • Serve as Tier 1 IT support for employees across the organization - diagnosing and resolving day-to-day technology issues
  • Support, configure, and troubleshoot handheld and mobile devices used by field technicians, including iPhones, Androids, and iPads
  • Configure and deploy new devices for incoming employees
  • Assist with mobile device management (MDM) through Jamf
  • Coordinate escalations to our managed IT partner when issues exceed Tier 1 scope
  • Support internal software and systems used across departments
Service Titan CRM Support (approx. 50%)
  • Handle Tier 1 Service Titan support tickets - troubleshooting system questions and helping employees navigate the platform
  • Diagnose and resolve CRM-related issues including reporting errors, workflow problems, and data accuracy concerns
  • Monitor system updates and assist with rollout communications to internal users
  • Support configuration improvements and process updates as directed
  • Serve as a resource for employees learning or troubleshooting Service Titan daily
Operational Support
  • Complete Customer Service Representative training to understand company systems and workflow
  • Assist the Call Center team when additional support is needed
  • Help maintain smooth communication between teams and internal systems
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience supporting handheld and mobile devices (iPhones, Androids, iPads) - this is a non-negotiable requirement
  • Experience in an IT support or technical support role (helpdesk, Tier 1, or equivalent)
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to diagnose issues quickly and calmly
  • Clear communicator - able to explain technical issues to non-technical employees
Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required:
  • Direct experience with Service Titan - candidates with equivalent CRM experience (Salesforce, Service Now, etc.) and a demonstrated ability to learn new platforms will be considered
  • Familiarity with Jamf or another MDM platform
  • IT certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or similar) or relevant degree
  • Experience supporting field service or home services operations
Please Note:

This is an on site position supporting internal employees and business systems. This role begins with CSR training to learn company operations and systems before transitioning into technology and systems support responsibilities.
