Senior User Experience Designer

Client Requirements:

• Local to Minneapolis area
• W2 hourly only (No C2C)

Seeking a UX Designer with strong systems thinking and experience designing for complex enterprise tools. This role supports three major initiatives:
Product Lifecycle Management, Global B2B Commerce, and Planning/Forecasting tools. You’ll simplify highly nonlinear workflows and deliver end‑to‑end UX solutions in a cross‑functional, Agile environment.

• Create clear information architecture and intuitive interaction patterns
• Deliver production‑ready specs and align with design systems
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering in Agile ceremonies
• Translate loosely defined problems into structured design solutions
• Contribute to team standards and mentor junior designers as needed

• 5+ years UX experience
• Strong systems thinking + ability to simplify complex workflows
• Experience with enterprise tools or multi‑system environments
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, journey mapping, and usability testing
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Thoughtful approach to AI in UX (beyond surface‑level features)

• JIRA experience

• Clear thought process & rationale
• Ability to simplify complexity (Visual polish is secondary to strong UX thinking.)

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $55.00 - $67.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The final rate will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
