Artificial Intelligence & Data Science Lead (Multiple Openings)

The Artificial Intelligence & Data Science Lead (Multiple Openings) position is responsible for big data and analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data. The role will develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources to generate insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.

• Acquire data from multiple data sources to perform analysis.
• Implement and validate predictive models and maintain statistical models focused on big data, optimization, NLP, large language models, and unstructured data.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to answer business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Interpret data and analyze results using advanced statistical techniques and tools such as SAS, Python, and SQL.
• Present data and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Measure and monitor the results of applied recommendations and present adjustments.
• Provide mentorship to other team members as needed.

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years (24 months) of experience as a data scientist or in a closely related occupation.

• End‑to‑end data science projects, from problem formulation and data exploration to modeling and deployment.
• Working with business requirements and delivering data‑driven solutions.
• Machine Learning frameworks and libraries, including Scikit‑learn.
• Statistical analysis tools:
  Num Py, Pandas, and Sci Py.
• Data visualization using Matplotlib and Tableau.
• Experience with SAS, Python, R, SQL, and No
  
  SQL in the banking industry for model development.
• Customer segmentation using classification and clustering techniques; recommendation engines.
• Optimization algorithms, including linear programming.
• Developing Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text analytics.
• Adhering to data governance while developing data science models.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years (60 months) of experience as a data scientist or in a closely related occupation.
• Experience in all areas listed under Required Skills & Experience.
