Performance Engineer – Retail Media Platforms (RMN)
Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- 3+ years of Performance Engineering experience.
- 2+ years with observability tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana).
- 2+ years working in AWS or GCP, including EKS and/or GKE.
- 1+ year using load testing tools (k6, Locust, JMeter) in distributed or containerized environments.
- 1+ year building and running performance test environments in AWS.
- 1+ year analyzing logs, metrics, and traces to identify performance issues.
- Hands on experience with Linux performance diagnostics (CPU, memory, disk, network).
- Proven experience standing up performance engineering capabilities from scratch.
- Experience testing cross cloud latency and connectivity.
- Experience using Terraform to tune infrastructure during performance tests.
- Experience evaluating data and AI/ML workload performance (Big Query, Vertex AI, or similar).
- Scripting or automation skills (Python, Go, Bash).
- Bonus:
Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, or high concurrency platforms where performance impacts revenue.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or IT related field
