Lead Service Now Data Engineer, Reporting & Analytics

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing on Service Now
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or database engineering (or equivalent practical experience through work, education, or training)
• 3+ years of experience with Service Now Performance Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Service Now ITSM
• 3+ years of experience in Service Now Vulnerability Remediation
• 3+ years of experience with Service Now Service Catalog
• Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries
• Experience with Service Now Workspace and/or Portal development

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Service Now Data Engineer to drive reporting and analytics initiatives across the Service Now platform. This role focuses on enabling data-driven insights across areas such as Vulnerability Remediation, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

You will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, scalability, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale data engineering solutions for Service Now reporting and analytics
• Build and maintain tools to identify data quality issues and improve system performance
• Analyze complex data and software enhancement initiatives to drive operational and technical improvements
• Make strategic decisions on data architecture, tooling, and platform capabilities in complex environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact data challenges and influence product direction
• Contribute to long-term technology strategy and roadmap planning
