Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Service Now Developer to join their team. As a Service Now Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams involved in reporting, analytics, and data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead complex initiatives with broad impact across the organization, focusing on Service Now reporting and analytics.

+ Design, develop, and operate tooling to identify and report data and application issues to engineering and product teams.

+ Review and analyze software enhancement initiatives to recommend technical and operational improvements.

+ Make informed decisions in complex data engineering situations, considering software options and compliance requirements.

+ Collaborate strategically with internal partners to resolve high-risk data engineering challenges and drive organizational change.

** What's Needed?*
* + 6+ years of experience with Service Now Development, including performance analytics.

+ 5+ years of Database Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.

+

Experience with Service Now ITSM, Vulnerability Remediation, and Service Catalog for at least 3 years.

+ Proficiency in Workspace and/or Portal development on Service Now.

+ Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
