Senior Salesforce Scrum Master — Energy & Utilities Cloud

• Facilitate Agile processes for Salesforce Dev Ops team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in Sales/Service Cloud and SF Energy Utilities Cloud implementations.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies and help the team execute on deliverables.
• Ensure the team understands business requirements, holds refinement sessions, and plots solutions for epics and features to produce well‑refined stories.
• Guide the Development Team to fully understand stories and requirements, ensuring they follow Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and helping the team eliminate blockers that hinder progress.
• Manage the backlog and partner with the Product Owner to maintain prioritized Product and Sprint Backlogs.
• Provide technical coordination when needed, bridging gaps between developers, admins, and business analysts to support release management, UATs, and deployments.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as velocity, throughput, DoR/DoD adherence, and burn‑down charts, following Agile best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that key business questions and problems are clearly defined and understood by the team.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high‑performing agile environment.
• Develop actionable insights and recommend strategies to influence business and cross‑functional teams on Salesforce initiatives.

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery.
• Certification in Scrum / SAFe / CSM.
• Strong knowledge of Jira for dashboards, reports, and execution view control.
• Proficiency with Confluence and similar collaboration tools.
• Competent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated communicator capable of driving results.
• Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops, including Sales/Service Cloud and SF Energy Utilities Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Omni Studio, OmniScripts, Integration Procedure, Flex Cards, Data Mappers).
• Exposure to the Energy and Utility industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate the backlog, and manage both sprint and product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related field.

Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000 per year
