Connected Services Mid-Market Delivery Lead; Manhattan Associates

Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Lead for Connected Solutions Mid‑Market Fulfillment (WMS, OMS, TMS) to oversee delivery execution across multiple programs and ensure high‑quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and strong team performance.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery execution for multiple programs or engagements within the Mid‑Market Fulfillment portfolio.
• Manage planning, delivery governance, escalations, and risk across programs.
• Ensure consistent delivery standards, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams, reinforce best practices, and partner with HR/leadership on capability building.
• Drive adoption of change and stabilize delivery performance with client stakeholders.
• Identify repeatable delivery patterns and convert them into solution assets such as accelerators, playbooks, reference architectures, and tooling approaches.
• Build and maintain templatized fulfillment solution offers to accelerate proposal responses.
• Promote standardization across delivery methods to improve predictability, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and bid teams to shape delivery strategy during pursuits.
• Contribute to proposal development with delivery approach, governance model, staffing logic, implementation plan, and differentiators tied to reusable assets.
• Create or review proposal content to ensure feasibility and alignment with commercial expectations.
• Participate in bid Orals and executive discussions, presenting delivery strategy and execution confidence.
• Lead oral sessions where required and support Q&A responses by coordinating with SMEs.
• Travel may be required, ranging from 25% to 75% depending on business needs and client requirements.

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading delivery for large‑scale transformation programs, including multi‑functional stakeholder management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in WMS, logistics, or fulfillment technology.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading large, complex WMS transformation programs in a client‑facing capacity.
• Minimum 10 years native SaaS Fulfillment/Manhattan solution experience.
• Minimum 10 years experience supporting bids, proposals, and orals in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 10 years experience in delivery governance, risk management, and program planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience) or Associate’s degree with minimum 6 years of work experience.
• Preferred: solution architecture concepts, operations mobilization/transition setups, metrics‑driven improvement, Managed Services positioning, technical background in native SaaS Fulfillment/Manhattan solution.
