Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology, discovery and design work.

As Target continues to evolve its digital shopping experience, the Product Detail Page (PDP) Experience team owns the guest-facing experiences that help guests evaluate products, build confidence to buy, and make informed purchase decisions. This includes experiences such as product content, reviews and ratings, fulfillment and availability information, recommendations, and other decision-support experiences that influence engagement, conversion, and basket building. The team also partners closely with UX, personalization, analytics, engineering, and data science teams to shape contextually-aware experiences that respond to guest needs, shopping behaviors, and product signals - ensuring guests receive the most relevant information at the right moment in their shopping journey.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.

You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.

In this role, you will:

* Own and evolve the Product Detail Page (PDP) experience, identifying opportunities to improve guest confidence, product evaluation, and basket-building outcomes.

* Define and deliver guest-facing experiences such as product content, reviews and ratings, recommendations, and other decision-support experiences that help guests make informed purchase decisions.

* Leverage guest research, analytics, experimentation, and business insights to identify customer needs, uncover opportunities, and prioritize investments that drive measurable outcomes.

* Partner closely with UX, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Personalization, and Business teams to develop product strategies, align priorities, and deliver high-impact solutions in a complex and evolving environment.

* Shape the future of the PDP by helping integrate adaptive and contextually-aware experiences that respond to guest behavior, shopping mission, product attributes, inventory state, and other signals to deliver more relevant experiences.

* Balance near-term business objectives with long-term capability investments, influencing the roadmap and helping define how Target's digital shopping experiences evolve over time.

You will be the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

This role offers the opportunity to shape one of Target's most critical digital experiences You'll help transform the Product Detail Page from a static destination into an adaptive, context-aware shopping experience that delivers the most relevant…
