Job Description

As a Senior Solution Consultant you will lead the technical sales process for our largest enterprise customers, working closely with account executives, domain specialists, product managers and partners.

Your Responsibilities and Impact
  • Partner with account executives on technical strategy and sales planning for accounts in your territory.
  • Serve as the technical solution expert across platform capabilities, including AI, data modeling and planning applications.
  • Lead discovery sessions that uncover critical business needs beyond features and functions.
  • Design and deliver narrative‑driven demos that directly address customer pain points and illustrate a clear vision for the future.
  • Execute proof‑of‑concept workshops to validate Anaplan’s value in the customer’s context.
  • Advise product management teams on customer insights that shape the platform.
  • Coordinate with specialist and product teams to position multi‑product solutions and mature complex opportunities to close.
  • Develop a multi‑year technology vision and roadmap with customers in partnership with the Customer Success team.
Your Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting or business transformation (SaaS/enterprise software preferred).
  • Proven ability to own the technical sales process, including strategy, discovery, demos and solution roadmaps.
  • Strong value‑based selling and storytelling skills, focusing on outcomes rather than features.
  • Excellent problem‑solving at the intersection of technology and business.
  • Clear and persuasive communication, including public speaking experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI, agentic frameworks, machine learning and data integration.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise planning processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Workforce, Sales Performance) preferred.
  • Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI or ERP systems is a strong asset.
  • Prior industry experience with aligned accounts a plus.

Base Salary Range: $139,000 - $157,000 USD
