We are seeking an experienced engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Governance platforms, including Aveksa, Active Directory, and scripting technologies to provide strategic and tactical IT leadership.

• Research, evaluate, design, test, recommend, and plan onboarding of new business applications.
• Perform engineering, issue, and problem resolution within the Identity and Governance discipline.
• Provide technical expertise and advice on security technology areas such as platform security, authentication systems, application security, security architecture, and security frameworks.
• Collaborate with personnel to create a practical, scalable, and secure model for enterprise applications and services.
• Provide tactical and strategic IT directions; maintain and communicate vision to technical staff.
• Problem solve and manage business needs/IT changes in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Demonstrate ITIL ITSM framework proficiency.

• Engineering experience with an Identity and Access Governance platform such as Aveksa, or other scalable solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory 2008R2 and 2012.
• Proficiency in scripting technologies such as Power Shell, PERL, Java, and other languages.
• Hands‑on IT people‑management and demonstrated leadership skills.
