Key Responsibilities- Design graphics for digital content such as social posts, blogs, press releases, and web.
- Design branding materials for events.
- Support design needs for two internal websites, audit them, and initiate updates and improvements.
- Design toolkits and other educational materials.
- Create assets for partner pitches to support Business Development.
- Salesforce email marketing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user‑centric solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across all digital products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and incorporate them.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and refine designs based on feedback.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Ability to adapt to brand voice.
- Experience coordinating with external creative agencies.
- Experience working with internal or external marketing teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Experience with front‑end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
