Revel Staffing is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support to clinical and administrative staff in a healthcare setting. You will address password resets, EMR/EHR access, email, VPN, and basic hardware/software issues while delivering patient and staff-focused service.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of IT help desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to document investigations and resolutions clearly in our ticketing system.
