Allspring is seeking an onsite IT Support specialist for the Minneapolis office. You will handle first and second level IT support for desktops, email, phones, printers, and tablets, remotely, by email or in person, and maintain office infrastructure and conference rooms.
You will document procedures, manage asset inventory, escalate issues, participate in tech projects, and ensure timely resolution while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
