Role Overview
As a Service Now Technical Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying integration-based solutions for our Service Now clients. You'll work on projects that push the limits of the Now Platform, and have opportunities to grow, lead, and transform the digital landscape.
What You Will Do- Lead or participate in Service Now projects.
- Design and develop integration systems.
- Convert data from customer legacy systems.
- Deliver technical configurations and development.
- Run workshops and meetings.
You’ll have opportunities to grow, lead, and transform the digital landscape, and work with a team of talented Service Now consultants who are passionate about driving customer success and innovation.
Requirements- Service Now
Certifications:
Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist Certification. - 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical understanding of Service Now modules and integrations.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, REST, JSON, and RDBMS.
- Proficient in running workshops and peer-leading project teams.
- Bonus eligibility based on 80% utilization target (quarterly and annually).
