Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in Tungsten Total Agility (Kofax Total Agility), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, Document Classification, Data Extraction, and Workflow Automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise document processing solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to automate document-centric workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for document processing and workflow automation solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Tungsten Total Agility (TTA).
Configure document classification, extraction groups, validation rules, and workflow processes.
Develop and customize forms, queues, work types, job configurations, and business rules.
Implement OCR-based data capture solutions for structured and unstructured documents.
Perform installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of TTA environments.
Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, defect resolution, and performance tuning.
Prepare design documents, test plans, deployment guides, and technical documentation.

Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodology and participate in sprint planning and review activities.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
