Our Financial Services client out of Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Consultant to support their contracts Inforce. Policy Holder Benefits (PHB). This position is a backfill to a current contractor is going permanent!

This team works with their off shore vendor to help support client and customer needs. End customers have a current Annuity policy inforce and they want to do something with it. Money out, withdrawal on the contract. Tax procedures. Setting up income streams. This team is responsible for working reports, to maintain company controls.

The right candidate will be responsible for understanding why the reports generated - look for a system gap. This team (on shore) handles all the complex tasks. Primary job is to answer questions about a task to process. This team is considered Subject Matter Experts! A lot of answering vendor partner questions, while working the Complex Tasks that come through. Working controls reports.

Escalations from the contact center and supporting key business partners that work with our top producing Field Market Operations (FMOs). Responsiveness is important.

We are looking for people that are detail orientated, working with multiple systems. Excel, MS Office, Salesforce (CRM), capable of learning a system/database quickly! Professional written communication, is strongly desired. Flexible in a fast paced environment.

Training - there is no formal training. It's side by side and case by case basis.

Best vs Avg - Wells Fargo is a great background . Banking industry or financial experience. College Grads.

Performance Metrics - 1 on 1s are twice a month. Providing additional training and work as requested. Need good communicators!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
