System Operations Engineer
- Storage & Backup
Scale technology organization within the Systems Operations space. This role supports critical Storage and Backup infrastructure and enterprise datacenter initiatives, working with technologies such as Dell, Pure, Cohesity, Data Domain, Avamar, and Power Shell. The position partners closely with senior engineering teams to support large-scale infrastructure planning, operational support, and datacenter migration efforts.
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent

- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure and operational environments
- Strong understanding of infrastructure design and technical process controls
- Experience managing daily operational support in an enterprise environment
- Power Shell scripting experience
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and escalated support issues
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering and leadership levels
- Experience with Block over IP technologies (NVMe/TCP)
- Experience working with PowerBI
- Familiarity with Service Now for change and incident management
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments using Jira
- Python scripting or automation experience

- Contributing to automation efforts
- Collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and platform stability
