Deluxe is seeking an Enterprise Application Support Specialist to ensure live, customer-facing environments run reliably in a cloud-based SaaS stack across Windows and Linux platforms.
You will actively monitor production applications for performance and accuracy, diagnose problems, and collaborate with development, QA and support teams to implement timely resolutions. Strong scripting, SQL Server administration, and incident management experience are required to succeed.
