9+ months Day-to-Day

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Support GenAI model development, evaluation, and performance tuning
• Design and execute experiments to assess model behavior and outcomes
• Develop metrics to measure model quality, bias, and business impact
• Partner with product and engineering teams to inform model and feature decisions
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and analytical outputs for stakeholders
• Produce data analysis reports and insights
• Deliver model evaluation and performance metrics
• Document experiment design and results
• Provide recommendations to improve model performance and business value

• Hands‑on experience with LLMs and GenAI concepts
• Strong Python (data analysis, ML libraries)
• Strong SQL and large‑scale data manipulation
• Experience with advanced analytics and BI tools
• Experience with model evaluation and experimentation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Curiosity and hypothesis‑driven mindset
• Ability to clearly communicate complex findings
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration
• Awareness of ethical and responsible AI practices
• Ability to determine when to use specific GenAI models
• Exposure to LLM ecosystem (Google, Claude, etc.)
