Assoc Tech Support Analyst
Join a fast-paced healthcare technology team as an Assoc Tech Support Analyst, where you'll help deliver reliable PC imaging and deployment support across hospital environments. This contract role is focused on preparing, configuring, and rolling out desktop and laptop systems so end users receive the tools they need with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities:
- Image, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop computers using standard deployment tools and processes.
- Install required software and ensure systems are set up to meet organizational standards.
- Deliver equipment to end users and provide basic setup support and orientation as needed.
- Track deployed hardware details, including asset tags and serial numbers, with accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues that arise during deployment.
- Partner with IT support teams to support smooth transitions and successful rollouts.
- Assist with inventory management and hardware lifecycle documentation.
- Share feedback on deployment workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with PC imaging and deployment in an enterprise or healthcare setting.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with deployment tools such as MDT, SCCM, and PXE boot.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as part of daily work.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience supporting technology deployments in a hospital or similar operational environment.
- Background assisting with hardware inventory and equipment lifecycle tracking.
- Confidence working across multiple departments or locations.
- Ability to adapt quickly and contribute ideas for process improvement.
