Senior Business Systems Analyst

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to work on medium to large size projects. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability, applying competency in new or complex situations and guiding other professionals. It is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery—planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and support for changes to Business Areas and Technology.

• Execute all aspects of requirements delivery – planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and support for changes to Business Areas and Technology.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
• Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
• Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation

Must have:

• Intermediate SQL experience
• Data mapping, data flow diagramming
• Financial Services experience, preferably in Wealth Management

Must be able to be onsite in Minneapolis 4 days/week, 1 day remote.

Base hourly range for this contract position is $55–$85 per hour, depending on experience.
