Our architects help organizations transform business capabilities by designing technology solutions that align business strategy, enterprise architecture, and modern technology platforms. They partner with business and technology leaders to develop practical, scalable architectures that enable innovation while delivering measurable business value.
Whether you bring five years of architecture experience or fifteen-plus years leading enterprise architecture and technology strategy, you'll have opportunities to apply your expertise on meaningful client engagements while building trusted relationships and delivering lasting business value.
Depending on the engagement, you may be responsible for:
- Partnering with business and technology leaders to understand strategic objectives, business capabilities, and transformation priorities.
- Translating business strategy into technology strategies, architectural roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
- Assessing current-state business and technology environments to identify modernization opportunities and architectural improvements.
- Defining future-state architectures that balance business value, technical feasibility, scalability, security, and operational sustainability.
- Providing trusted advisory services to executive stakeholders on technology investments, architectural strategy, and long-term business capabilities.
- Designing enterprise, solution, application, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, AI, or technology architectures that align with business objectives.
- Developing conceptual, logical, and physical architecture models that support current and future business capabilities.
- Defining architectural principles, standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices.
- Evaluating technology platforms, products, vendor solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Creating architecture documentation, decision records, solution diagrams, and implementation guidance.
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards while supporting practical business outcomes.
- Partnering with business analysts, product teams, developers, infrastructure engineers, data teams, and project leaders throughout solution delivery.
- Providing technical leadership during implementation while ensuring alignment to the intended architectural vision.
- Supporting backlog refinement, solution decomposition, implementation planning, and technical decision-making.
- Reviewing solution designs, configurations, and implementations for architectural quality and compliance.
- Resolving complex technical and cross-functional design challenges.
- Balancing enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices with practical business needs by evaluating tradeoffs and recommending solutions that optimize business value, delivery speed, risk, and long-term sustainability.
- Preparing and presenting architecture designs, solution recommendations, and technical decisions to Architecture Review Boards, governance committees, and executive stakeholders while collaborating on design refinements and achieving organizational alignment.
- Designing data architectures, information models, APIs, integrations, event-driven solutions, and intelligent technology ecosystems where appropriate.
- Supporting cloud modernization, platform integration, AI enablement, automation, and intelligent business capabilities.
- Defining approaches for data governance, interoperability, security, scalability, and operational resilience.
- Leveraging AI-assisted engineering and architecture tools to accelerate solution analysis, evaluate architectural alternatives, generate architecture artifacts, improve documentation quality, and increase delivery effectiveness.
- Using AI to perform architecture quality reviews, challenge design assumptions, identify risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and strengthen proposed solutions through structured validation and "red team" analysis.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending practical applications that create measurable business value.
- Establishing architecture governance processes, design reviews, and technology standards.
- Identifying technical debt, architectural risks, dependencies, and modernization opportunities.
- Driving consistency across enterprise platforms, applications, products, and business capabilities.
