• Provide onsite technical support and break/fix services for PCs, laptops, workstations, RPOS systems, and printers. This customer‑facing role requires strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain PC and printer hardware.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and basic network components.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with escalation teams as needed.
• Deliver onsite customer support and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Document service activities and ensure compliance with service commitments.
• Manage multiple service requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Educate customers on technology solutions and best practices.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• Experience with hardware repair and onsite customer support.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Basic knowledge of software, networking, and printer technologies.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexible to work overtime, holidays, and non‑traditional schedules.
• Must successfully complete required background screening processes.

• Pay: $32.85/hr-$32.85/hr on W2
• Shift: Onsite–8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Details: $32.85 per hour
