Oracle Systems Analyst

Overview

We re partnering with an industry-leading organization to hire a Systems Analyst to support and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud applications within Supply Chain and Manufacturing. This role combines business systems analysis with application support, offering the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle partners to optimize critical enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain solutions, enjoys solving complex business and technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to support evolving business needs.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, including impact assessments, testing, and deployment activities.
• Participate in strategic initiatives, including Oracle Redwood migration and other modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with Oracle, development teams, and business stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain system documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience supporting Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain business processes.
• Experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and support enterprise business applications.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Order Management modules.
• SQL experience.
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
• Familiarity with Oracle Redwood user experience initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

The projected salary range for this position is $102,000 to $140,000.
