Technical Product Manager- Healthcare

Responsibilities

Product - Resource is expected to oversee technical alignment to business vision of building out new in-house capabilities related to modernizing outbound communications. Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate risks across integrated systems and vendor workflows.

• Works closely with business to understand the product and business processes in which the product is used and build a product roadmap
• Creates and maintains a healthy product/team backlog with quantifiable benefits and justification in Rally
• Works closely with engineering team to deliver on roadmap commitments
• Work with the engineering team in building the right solution
• Demo the product to clients, users and leadership team to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, update on progress, identify/mitigate risks
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management
• 2+ years of experience in US healthcare domain
• 2+ years of experience working on projects with agile/scrum methodologies
• Proven solid requirement gathering skills
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Rally
• Experience with Snowflake/Data bricks/Cloud Technologies
• Experience with using AI to improve productivity
• Consistent use of AI tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise
• Applied productivity:
  Leveraging AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows
• Continuous learning: staying current with evolving AI capabilities and applying them to improve delivery quality and velocity
